This Privacy Policy describes how Invest with Matt LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, programs, and services under any of our brands, including Invest with Matt and Smart Money Income (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Definitions

Account: a unique account created for you to access the Service, including accounts on third-party platforms we use to deliver it.

Device: any device that can access the Service.

Personal Data: information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service: our websites, including investingwithmatt.com and smartmoneyincomegroup.com, and all courses, communities, alerts, calls, emails, and tools we provide.

Service Provider: a third party that processes data on our behalf.

Usage Data: information collected automatically when you use the Service.

You: the individual using the Service.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Account and purchase details: username, program purchased, payment plan status, and transaction history. Payment card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us.
• Application and onboarding information: answers you give on applications, intake forms, surveys, and calls, which may include your investing experience, goals, general account size range, and a description of current holdings. We use this only to determine fit and to deliver the program.
• Communications: emails, text messages, Discord posts and direct messages, questions submitted for calls, support requests, and feedback.
• Recordings: live calls, onboarding calls, and reviews may be recorded, and your voice, image, and comments may appear in the recording.
• Testimonials: reviews and interviews you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage Data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring links, video watch time, and email open and click activity.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Information from third parties: platform account details from Whop or Discord when you connect them, and analytics or advertising data from providers such as Google and Meta.

We do not collect brokerage login credentials, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or government identification numbers, and you should never share them with us or in our communities.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Types include necessary cookies, functionality cookies, analytics cookies, and advertising cookies from providers such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the Service and deliver programs you purchased.
• To manage your Account, access levels, and Discord and Whop roles.
• To process payments, payment plans, and renewals.
• To review applications and determine program fit.
• To schedule and conduct calls and to provide recordings and replays.
• To send transactional messages, alerts, reminders, and educational content.
• To send marketing communications, subject to your right to opt out.
• To respond to support requests and disputes.
• To analyze usage and improve the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• For business transfers, as described below.

Text Messages

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages about the Service, including reminders and marketing. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

How We Share Information

• Service Providers: companies that help us operate, including payment processing, community hosting (Whop, Discord), email and text messaging and customer relationship management (our CRM and email provider), scheduling, video hosting, cloud storage, analytics, and advertising. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Community: content you post in Discord or other community areas is visible to other members. Your display name and posts are not private.
• Testimonials: with your consent, we may publish your review or interview in our marketing.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our members, or the public.
• With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Retention

We keep Personal Data as long as needed for the purposes described, to provide the Service, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Call recordings and community content may be retained as part of the Service archive. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your Personal Data, we will notify you as required by law.

Your Choices and Rights

• Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any email.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Cookies: adjust your browser settings.
• Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data by emailing us. We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records.
• Recordings: you may choose not to speak or appear on camera during recorded sessions.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what Personal Data we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, except to the extent that advertising cookies may be considered a "share," which you can limit through your cookie settings. Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights and may use the same contact.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

International Users

The Company is located in the United States and your information is processed in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Service links to and relies on third-party sites and platforms, including brokers, data providers, Discord, Whop, YouTube, and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Service.
